Site Survey

Site Survey

Upon request, Snowhite will complete a survey documenting pictures and measurements of your hotel. We work around existing conditions to accommodate your design needs in whatever way possible.
CAD / ID Drawings

CAD / ID Drawings

Our designers and CAD specialists create detailed Interior Design drawings to ensure proper fit and qty for your hotel. Our ID drawings are used by the Architect, General Contractors, and Installers, and for brand submittals and approvals.
Brand Submittals

Brand Submittals

We handle all of the brand submittal requirements including spec manuals, ID drawings and samples. We follow up on any revisions required by the brand, if necessary, and receive any final approvals to move forward with your project.

There is significant complexity in delivering the FF&E scope of a hospitality project on time, on budget, correctly sequenced and in close collaboration with installation contractors. We speak from experience – managing over 100 large projects every year, we’ve seen a lot of things that can go wrong. While we can’t anticipate every possibility, we have developed an approach to project management called PACCS.

A project is not complete until any issues have been resolved to our client’s satisfaction. After all FF&E is installed, we compile and address a punch list of open items that need to be resolved.

We source products from around the world, finding the right solutions to meet our customer’s needs and budgets. Our long experience and broad perspective in the hospitality industry gives us a deep understanding of manufacturing options, lead times and potential problems to be aware of. Our strategic supplier relationships allow us to get things done for our customers that would normally be impossible.

We understand that the lowest price isn’t always the best solution so we ensure on your behalf that whatever manufacturer we work with meets or exceeds our standards for quality, warranty, lead times, packaging, reputation and prior experience. For larger or more custom projects, we encourage our customers to start with a model room so all the elements of the room come together in one place and the quality of goods can be confirmed before a full commitment is made to a design or a manufacturer.

We procure FF&E for several hundred hotels each year. Our volume gives us leverage and is important to the manufacturers we work with. We use that leverage to help our clients with short lead times, or smaller budgets, etc.

Financing

Our financing partners can arrange low cost financing for most FFE purchases which is arranged through a third party provider. Snowhite Hospitality receives no compensation from any of our financing partners.

Moving FF&E from the manufacturer to the point of installation takes knowledge and experience. Snowhite’s Logistics team moves thousands of shipments every year, taking special care to ensure that the routing, and equipment are appropriate for the cargo. Casegoods for example can easily get damaged in transit but when a trailer with an air ride suspension is specified, the risk of damage goes down significantly.

Finding the best rates are also a focus for our logistics team. They routinely set up competitive bids to determine which carriers offer the best rates and evaluate their performance to determine which one is the most reliable. This gives us critical insights and ensures that we will get your FF&E delivered on time. Snowhite also offers FF&E installation from window treatments to total project installation services. Our installation partners work nationwide and no job is to big for them.

When on site or close proximity storage is needed, Snowhite Hospitality can make all the arrangements. When climate controlled, secure storage space and staged shipments is needed, we can help.

Our logistics team routes all domestic and international shipments. Each shipment is optimized for the class of freight and services needed. Shipment tracking and liftgate service are available at any time.
Installation

Installation

We provide installation services ranging from window treatments to full FFE scope. Our teams work nationwide and provide professional, fully supervised installation including guest ready and OSE put away.
